Among our plant customization projects, we have created a specific food waste shredder/mixer for Asa Tivoli (RM) - Waste Collection Service. This shredder is designed to process wood scraps and food waste.
The main feature of this machine is the special configuration of the powerful mixing blades. A specific discharge compartment has been added to the machine to collect the mixed material.
The specific need of the Waste Collection Service in Tivoli was to create a compound made from the mixing of vegetables and wood. This compound, which is released from the machine only when it reaches the right consistency, is then inserted into a digester.
Our task was to study and understand the customer's needs and then create a custom machine that could meet them.
Thanks to the installation of this special shredder, we are now present in the Tivoli (RM) waste guide.
