The tipping machines, thanks to their specific characteristics, can be used in many industrial fields. Their function is to lift, move and empty containers containing products arranged in a disordered manner; the products contained in the containers must be transported and turned without being damaged, in order to continue their processing within the plant, and it is therefore essential to have safe and reliable handling tools.

There are many sectors that require this type of need, and it is for this reason that tipping machines can be the winning solution in many areas, as long as each individual machine is properly designed and installed, in order to guarantee satisfactory performance over time.

Here are some of the main sectors in which CAMEC tipping machines can be successfully used:

  • Mechanical industry: tipping machines are the perfect tool for transporting products from foundries and other mechanical companies, as they are able to reach high capacities, provide important guarantees of operator safety and can be completed with specific tools that respond to specific needs, such as a vibro-sieve that allows the elimination of any processing residues. Choosing to use a tipping machine means automating and making more efficient one's own processes, avoiding manual solutions that are more complex, longer and more risky for worker health and safety.
  • Food industry: tipping machines can also be a particularly useful tool in the food & beverage sector, as their characteristics allow for the precise and accurate movement of products, avoiding any type of impact that could damage them and preventing crushing through specific controlled emptying systems. CAMEC tipping machines can be successfully used in plants that process food products ready for sale (such as fruit to be processed and packaged) and in lines that use preforms, such as in bottling plants for water and other beverages.
  • Cosmetic industry: cosmetic products are similar to food products in terms of handling needs, as it is also essential in this case that products are not damaged, crushed, chipped or compressed during the various stages of processing that lead to the packaged product exiting the plant. In this sector, it is crucial to provide industries with the ability to precisely control all stages of product movement, as an error during transportation could damage high-value products.
  • Hospital waste treatment: tipping machines can be used as loading means for hospital waste destined for the incinerator. These machines are able to perform this function excellently, avoiding any risk of waste dispersion or contamination, but it is important to carefully evaluate the possible variables, as hospital waste can contain objects of particular shape and weight (such as titanium prostheses). The possible presence of such objects must be carefully evaluated during the design phase of the machine, in order to avoid any risk of blockage or damage to the plant.
