The purpose of our work is to identify the most suitable technical and technological solutions to meet any type of need, listening to the needs of our clients and offering them our experience and expertise. Feasibility studies, 3D simulations, analysis of the remaining life of already installed machinery and many other services allow us to offer our clients plants that are perfectly in line with their needs, and to make them operational in "turnkey" mode, taking care of all the stages of machine installation.

Our work, however, does not end with the start-up of the machines at the client's premises: CAMEC technicians remain available to clients and offer them assistance over time, taking care not only of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the plants, but also of spare parts supply, remote assistance, support for any revamping activities and so on.

 

From after-sales support to revamping

CAMEC technicians remain available to clients to offer assistance and support for resolving any problems or malfunctions: in case of need, it is always possible to contact our customer service, which is able to provide immediate remote assistance, if necessary, connecting directly to the machine and performing a remote diagnostic intervention.

If a remote intervention is not sufficient to resolve the problem, CAMEC is available to intervene directly on the machine, sending its technicians to the client's premises. Assistance interventions are never outsourced to external collaborators, but are only carried out by CAMEC personnel: in this way, we have the certainty of providing our clients with the best possible service, relying on the experience of professionals who have in-depth knowledge of all CAMEC tools and machines and who, in many cases, have already familiarized themselves with the plant, having followed its design and construction.

CAMEC technicians do not only intervene in case of problems or malfunctions, but are also available to clients to answer any questions or requests: if, over time, the client's needs change, CAMEC is ready to develop and propose solutions that can effectively respond to the new needs, offering various options and choosing the most convenient one together. In the event that it is necessary to intervene, modify or renew an already installed plant, CAMEC is able to design and implement real revamping interventions, which are particularly convenient in the case where the plant is over ten years old and therefore requires a significant update.

 

Worry-free maintenance: the opportunities of the My Camec service

CAMEC shredders, like all machines equipped with blades and cutting organs, require periodic maintenance and replacement of the most worn-out parts, which naturally deteriorate over time. For this reason, CAMEC offers all its clients a spare parts supply service, which, if necessary, sends the parts directly to the client's premises.

Given the need to intervene periodically to replace worn-out parts, CAMEC technicians are available to perform scheduled maintenance interventions on all the plants, aimed at evaluating both the need to replace one or more components and the functionality and efficiency of the machines as a whole.

Clients can request control interventions on the installed machines by contacting CAMEC directly or, alternatively, by joining the My Camec service, a program designed to provide continuous support over time and make it easy and immediate to manage maintenance activities. By choosing to join My Camec, it is possible to schedule in advance the various interventions - which can be programmed with an annual, biennial or triennial frequency - and take advantage of a series of benefits and discounts on spare parts.
