Mills and Bag Openers

BAG OPENERS

The bag openers are expressly designed to unpack baled materials that are not very tightly compacted.
They are installed in facilities with high flow rates materials such as landfills and municipal collection centres responsible for processing municipal solid waste.

MILLS

The mills are special two-shaft shredders expressly designed to open the material rather than reducing its volume.
Ideal for treatments requiring opening of baled products for subsequent manual sorting or automatic separation.
The special configuration of the blades and the intersection technology make the mill a machine for specific uses in the material separation process. The fact that the machine opens the material but does not cut it into pieces aids the operator and the automatic separation machines in the stage of sorting material by type or by polymer in the case of mixed plastics.
