Depending on the type of material to be shredded, the size of the containers and the type of process to be performed, the plant is equipped with machines suitable for managing all the different phases of the cycle: the tippers can have different loading heights, be single or double and be designed to allow for front or side unloading. In addition, it is possible to equip them with special dosing systems (with gravity, guillotine or pneumatically controlled covers) that allow for the controlled management of the material unloading phase.
The shredders to be integrated into the plant are then chosen based on the type and volume of the material to be treated: it is possible, for example, to insert single-shaft shredders like the GRR 280 or GSR 480 , or twin-shaft shredders like the TR2A200 or the TR2A300 .
