Patented Glass Removal Photovoltaic Panel Recycling Plant

High-purity recovery and valorisation of glass, silicon and metals from monofacial and bifacial photovoltaic panels.

Patented Glass Removal Photovoltaic Panel Recycling Plant

Description

Two configurations for every production need

The CAMEC plant for photovoltaic panel recycling is available in two industrial configurations (60 or 120 panels/hour), designed to guarantee high throughput, low operating costs and continuous, reliable operation. The patented technology allows the treatment of monofacial and bifacial panels, including glass/glass modules, ensuring high-purity material recovery and valorisation.

Up to 99% of the panel recovered

The process automatically removes the junction box and aluminium frame, before flipping the module for the patented glass removal stage — 100% of the front glass is separated from the laminate through an electromechanical process, with no combustion or chemical treatments. The residual laminate is shredded with a GRR280 single-shaft shredder and turbine, then separated by density via cyclone, circular vibrating screen and densimetric table, recovering up to 99% of the panel's weight as glass, silicon, metals and polymers.
