Pulper Waste and Rope Treatment and Recovery Plant

The CAMEC plant for pulper waste and rope treatment offers paper mills two patented technologies: the Pollux-rotor shredder with adjustable aggressiveness, and the AeroMagnetic separator, which splits the material into three fractions — ferrous, heavy and light — in a single pass.

How it works

CAMEC PULPER ROPE PLANT

Description

Two patented technologies in a single plant

CAMEC offers companies specialising in paper recycling a plant dedicated to pulper waste treatment which, thanks to patented technologies, allows the investment to be recovered in a very short time. The TM P200 accumulation conveyor, with an anti-wrap clearing roller and an 18 m³ capacity, autonomously feeds the GS650/30 single-shaft shredder, fitted with the patented Pollux rotor: interchangeable bolted ridges of different thickness allow the rotor diameter and cutter aggressiveness to be adjusted according to the material being processed, making it possible to handle different types of waste with the same machine and reduce maintenance downtime. A Ø60 wear-resistant steel screen completes the primary shredding stage.

Three fractions recovered in a single pass

A magnetic separator intercepts the first ferrous metals, before the patented AeroMagnetic separator completes the process: thanks to a magnetic drum combined with an air-blowing system, the material is split into three fractions in a single pass — ferrous (ferrous steel), heavy (non-magnetic metals, stones) and light (plastic, textiles) — recovering value from every component of the waste.

  • TM P200 accumulation conveyor with clearing roller, 18 m³ capacity and autonomous shredder feeding
  • Patented Pollux rotor: adjustable aggressiveness and diameter according to the material processed
  • Bolted wear parts, for quick maintenance
  • GS650/30 single-shaft shredder, dual 2x160 kW motor drive
  • Ø60 wear-resistant steel screen and impact sensor for self-protection
  • Patented AeroMagnetic separator: 3 fractions in a single pass
  • Spark detector with automatic water extinguishing
