CAMEC Mobile System for the Destruction of Sensitive Documents
Document destruction is fully secure and permanent. A compact, trolley-mounted version with an on-board generator is also available, designed for cases where the documents cannot be moved: the plant is positioned directly inside the building where they are stored.
The mechanical tipper lifts and automatically empties the bins via pneumatic clamps, feeding the GRR280/13 single-shaft shredder with hydraulically driven radial pusher and sealed tank, which shreds the documents through a rotor fitted with interchangeable, wear-resistant cutters; in the presence of non-shreddable material, an amperometric sensor automatically reverses the rotors' direction of rotation for self-protection.
CAMEC plants dedicated to paper and cardboard are specifically designed to handle a highly abrasive material that requires very powerful machines and wear-resistant tools.
