The mobile shredder LCM 520
The mobile two-shaft shredder LCM 520, moved on wheels, is a machine particularly useful for all waste treatment plants. This shredder is equipped with special cutting blades that are ideal for opening bags containing dry, unsorted waste, or bales of pressed material. As the bags pass through the shredder, they are cut and opened and the material inside is dispersed, preparing it for further treatments that can be carried out automatically or manually. The model also features the possibility of inserting a selection grid that allows to control the size of the material exiting the machine, retaining inside the machine any bags that have not been properly shredded, and can be equipped with a demagnetization system that allows to remove the metal component that passes through the conveyor belt that transports the material out of the machine, simplifying the subsequent waste treatment phases.
The shredder, thanks to its wheel-mounted design, is easy to move according to the different needs and, thanks to its electric motor, can be used anywhere, without being subject to environmental protection restrictions. This makes it an important ally even for all companies that operate in urban areas, where regulations may make it more difficult to use machines with diesel engines.
