GL900/35 Single-Shaft Shredder with Hydraulic Drive

The GL900/35 is a heavy-duty single-shaft shredder with hydraulic drive, engineered to deliver high performance in the processing of bulky waste, municipal solid waste (MSW), and industrial waste.
Equipped with a robust 3500 mm rotor fitted with hardened steel blades and Hardox500 counter-blades, it ensures a controlled output size and an hourly throughput of up to 25 tons.

The GL900/35 is designed for intensive shredding applications involving bulky waste, municipal solid waste (MSW), and industrial residues. The machine features a heavy-duty 3500 mm rotor, built to withstand demanding workloads, with hardened steel cutting blades and Hardox500 counter-blades to guarantee consistent particle size and high throughput (up to 25 t/h).

The shredder is powered by two 200 kW three-phase electric motors, delivering a total installed power of 400 kW, coupled with a high-performance hydraulic transmission system using Hägglunds hydraulic motors for optimal control, torque, and reliability.

In line with Industry 4.0 standards, the GL900/35 is equipped with:

Remote monitoring and control capabilities
